I have recently purchased a gaming computer( intel quad core, 4 gigs ram, 500 gigs hdd, 1 gig hd grapichs w/pixel shader 3) and my friend told me to get a game called crysis. The game sounded good so I looked it up online. Then I found out that there are 2 crysis games and they both have good reviews so which one should I buy? Also I want the game to be full of action and cool crap and I saw that there is a sandbox mod, is that for crysis, crysis warhead or both?

Crysis is the older game and Crysis Warhead is the second part of Crysis.
They are one of the best game %26amp; one of the the game with highest graphics.
I think you should purchase Cryris Warhead first.It is a very good game.Play it %26amp; then select if you want to go for Crysis or not.
I have played both the games %26amp; i have found that Crysis Warhead is much better then Crysis.Crysis or Crysis Warhead?
Get tha Crysis Max Pack or some such.
It has both Crysis games plus Crysis Wars in it.
The sandbox is for both games...since Warhead started out as a mod on the first game!!!
It's kinda hard to tell which is more fun / challenging, shooting North Koreans or shooting aliens.

Personally, I think that Warhead has slightly better gameplay than Crysis. However, Warhead is a standalone expansion to Crysis, and runs parallel to Crysis's events. Because of that I would recommend getting Crysis because you'll be able to understand the story much better than with Crysis Warhead. If you have money, however, splurge on the Maximum Edition with Crysis and Warhead. As for the Sandbox, it is for Crysis and Warhead, however it is better suited for Crysis as the original game levels come in an editable format, whereas you can't edit the game levels in Warhead.
If you're going to be a long term fan of the series, get Crysis; it will help you understand the series more and set you up for Crysis 2 and 3 :D
